I live on the west coast of the United States and was in need of somone to find the whereabouts of a dear Aunt who lived near Canterbury. I was a little reluctant at first to trust a firm that I couldn't deal with in person. Much to my surprise Andy followed through on each and every promise and in a very professionel manner. Thanks so much Andy for reuniting me with my only living relative!
